Turkey breast in creamy mushroom sauce

Serves: 2-3


  • 500g Turkey breast
  • Onion
  • Pack of mushrooms
  • 1-2 tbs spoon of sour cream
  • 1 tbs of flour ( optional )
  • Spices ( bay leaf, Himalayan salt, black pepper, soya sauce ) or any other which you like
  • Fresh parsley
  • Coconut oil

Cooking steps:

  1. Preheat coconut oil in the pan
  2. Chop turkey breast into small pieces and put into pan
  3. Add on chopped onion and spices
  4. Add on sliced mushrooms once turkey is half cooked
  5. Add on 0.5 of the glass of water
  6. In jar mix 100ml of water with flour and pour into the pan (make sure you do that when turkey is properly cooked)
  7. Mix 1tbs spoon with a bit of sauce in separate mug and then pour into pan.
  8. After adding on flour and sour cream cook for 2-3 min
  9. Add on fresh chopped parsley.
  10. Serve with salad and enjoy 😉
