Fat Loss Camp – Starting 8th Jan
Starting 8th January, Bristol’s best fat-burning, muscle toning, outdoor fitness program that’s effective and enjoyable. No matter what your current fitness level or ability, we will improve your overall fitness, the way you feel about yourself and we will help to build your self confidence, and most importantly shift some of that unwanted body fat!
The camp will run for 4 weeks on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and you have a choice of time and venue, so that you can fit it in around your schedule. Whether it be straight after the school run, or the perfect way to unwind after a busy day at work.
- Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities
- 4 weeks of outdoor training (no matter the weather)
- Up to 24 hours of training
- Outdoor training every Monday, Wednesday and Friday (no matter the weather)
- Nutritional guidance
