1-2-1 Personal Training

1-2-1- sessions are designed for those who need that private attention from their coach. In every session we focus and concentrate on how your body works and moves, in order to teach you to move as efficiently as possible, as well as targeting specific muscles or groups of muscles, depending on your goals.

All my 1-2-1 Personal Training sessions include:

  • Free initial consultation
    To discuss your lifestyle, fitness/mobility level and your goals. You also have the option of having your body composition analysed (body fat %, muscle mass, hydration levels, weight etc), so that we have an accurate baseline to start from and measure your progress against.
  • 100% tailored training/workout plans
    Designed to suit your current lifestyle, with a new plan every 4-6 weeks depending on your progress.
  • Tailored nutritional program
    Your nutrition plan is based around your current eating habits, and will be reviewed at least every 4 weeks.
  • Access to private Facebook group
    This group is not only a place where I can share generic tips, tricks and ideas with my clients, but where my clients help to support each each.
  • Daily support
    You will be able to contact me via text, email, Facebook or WhatsApp if you have any questions or require any assistance.

On several occasions myself and my clients have gone out for a social night to have a meal and just kick back and relax together. You will soon find out that DreamPro Fitness is not just a client/trainer relationship, but it is a community of like minded people who are all enjoying life.

Please note that all personal training will take place at Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre, of which you will need to be a current member.

1 x 1 hour session
3 x 1 hour sessions
5 x 1 hour sessions
10 x 1 hour sessions

Sessions will last 1 hour unless otherwise agreed.

1-2-1 sessions will give you 100% attention from myself, but if the cost is an issue, then why not look at joining one of my group sessions?

  1. Q: What hours do you work?
    A: Monday – Friday: 9.15am – 3.15pm
         Saturdays:           10.00am – 7.00pm
  2. Q: What are your specialisations?
    A: Nutrition, healthy weight loss, general fitness, bodybuilding, strength training, conditioning, competition prep, life coaching.
  3. Q: Does my membership with Active Leisure Centres include any Personal Training with you?
    A: You are entitle to free consultation (30-45 min ) as part of your membership.
         Personal Training is additional investment in your well being and the prices are detailed above.
  4. Q: Do I need to be a member of Active Centres to be able to train with you?
    A: Yes, at least as a pay as you go member.
  5. Q: Do you train males?
    A: Yes, but subject to goals.
