I design bespoke training plans which are 100% tailored to your current fitness level and ability. You plan will be built around your current lifestyle and if you stick to your plans, I will make sure you progress from week to week. I always give my clients the option to choose from:

● Home based workouts

● Gym based workouts

● Outdoor based workouts

and I always accommodate what facilities or equipment my clients have access to.


What you will get with your tailored training package

● Initial 30 minute Skype consultation to discuss and set your goals

● Explanation on how to correctly prepare yourself for training (warming up)

● Weekly training plans with detailed teaching points
     (description of what to be aware of while performing exercises)

● Explanation on how to pick the right weight and intensity for your training

● Instructions on how to keep track of what you eat

● Instructions on how to keep track of your own progress

● WhatsApp/Email/text support
    (Mon-Fri 09:00 - 19:00 - please allow 24 hours for reply)

● Goal and progress review after 4 weeks
