What makes us at DreamPro Fitness different and what is my philosophy?
As a big part of our online coaching programs, we focus on education for my clients. We strongly believe that understanding the whole process is a huge part of your ability to succeed, not only while following my program, but hopefully for the rest of your life.
We only work with people who are ready to change their old habits and lifestyle, and commit to my program. Sometimes it will be hard, but we promise you, it will be worth it. You will always have us supporting you throughout your journey and will do everything to make sure that the whole process is as smooth as possible for you.
All of our online coaching programs are achievable because they are individually tailored to you, and we truly have your health at the forefront of our plans as we do not take extreme measures to get the results you want to achieve.
Most of us who have been on weight loss or fitness plans before, will mostly likely be expecting a diet which cuts out all your favourite foods, which will most likely make you feel awkward or the odd one out if you go out for a meal with friends or family. How does a diet which still includes most (if not all) of your favourite foods, so that you can still have an active social life and still lose weight? We won’t judge you if you make a mistake on your diet, because at the end of the day, we’re all human and life happens and we encourage you not to feel guilty about any mistakes you do make.
