Homemade fish fingers


Serves:  3-4

Ingredients:

  • 500g- 600g of white fish fillets (if you buy frozen one defrost them over the night)
  • 2-3 eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt, black pepper and other spices if you like.
  • Avocado oil for frying

Cooking steps:

  1. Slice fish fillets into shapes similar to fish fingers and spice them up with salt and pepper
  2. In the bowl beat up eggs with salt and black pepper
  3. Dip fish fingers in the eggs mixture then cover then deep them in bread crumbs
  4. Pre heat frying pan with a bit of avocado oil and fry fish fingers on both sides until golden in colour
  5. Enjoy 😉
