High protein banana bread with hazelnuts

High Protein Banana BreadServes: 4


  • 5 eggs
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (I used 7Nutrition)
  • ½ cup of oats
  • 2 tbs of coconut flour
  • 1 banana
  • handful of hazelnuts
  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 2-3 spoons of stevia or you can use honey, agave syrup or anything else to add on a bit of sweetness

Cooking steps:

  1. Whisks egg whites, once solid add on egg yolks
  2. Add on rest of the ingredients and mix together (make sure you chop banana and nuts into small pieces)
  3. Butter baking tray (I used coconut oil)
  4. Pour mixture into baking tray (bread loaf shaped)
  5. Bake for 40-45 min in 160 degrees
  6. Serve with strawberries and cinnamon 😉
